Refund policy

At Malahide Florist, every bouquet is crafted with care and attention to detail. We always aim to deliver the freshest blooms and ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Because our products are fresh and perishable, our return policy is slightly different from non-perishable goods.

Fresh Flowers & Arrangements

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.
However, if there is an issue with the quality or condition of your flowers upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so we can make it right.

To help us resolve any problems quickly, please provide:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

A clear photo of the arrangement in question

We’ll review your message and, if appropriate, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.

Non-Perishable Items

For non-perishable products (such as vases, candles, or gifts), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Cancellations & Changes

If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup can typically be accommodated.
Once flowers have been prepared or dispatched, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours. We will happily replace the arrangement or issue an appropriate refund or credit.
Your satisfaction means the world to us, and we’ll always do our best to ensure you’re delighted with your blooms.

Refunds

Once we confirm eligibility, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
